Freightways Australia is recruiting an ICT Helpdesk Specialist to join a consolidated service desk, providing practical technical support across allied businesses in Sydney. You will resolve routine incidents, configure endpoints, manage access requests and contribute to knowledge sharing.

The role offers onsite support across Bankstown and Strathfield, a mentoring program, volunteering leave, employee discounts and flexible working arrangements.

Qualificações

• Demonstrate practical ICT support capability and independently resolve routine issues.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users and take responsibility for your work.
• Formal IT qualifications and certifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve everyday device, application, account and connectivity issues.
• Provision and configure endpoints, install approved software and support workplace applications.
• Complete approved account and access requests within your permissions.
• Prioritise your work, follow up dependencies and escape with useful investigation notes.
• Document repeatable fixes, share knowledge and help simplify support.
• Provide onsite support for deployments and office relocations.
