Centorrino Technologies in Melbourne is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join our Field Services team on a 12-month part-time contract (3 days per week). You will provide onsite technical support for Macs, PCs, tablets, servers, networks and voice platforms, coordinating with specialist teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong communication with end-users, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onsite IT support or helpdesk assistance.
• Strong communication with end-users and team members.
• Ability to document processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comfort working across Macs, PCs, tablets and network hardware.
• Willingness to obtain required police checks (WWCC/WWCC).

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day onsite technical support to customers.
