Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join the Field Services team in Melbourne. This 12-month, part-time contract role supports onsite operations across Macs, PCs, tablets, servers, network infrastructure, and voice platforms.

You’ll deliver high-quality, personable end-user support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive continuous improvement. A WWCC/Police Check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience resolving technical issues for end users.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stay calm and articulate under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the smooth day to day operations of the customers operations.
• Be personable with end-users, developing a friendly bond with customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to determine any processes that requires improvement or can be handled more efficiently.
• Seek customer feedback on your performance and take an active approach in attempting to continuously improve these results.
• Identify problems or requests which don’t have an existing process and collaborate with your peers to develop and implement one.
• Ensure documentation and procedures are always up to date.
• Take ownership of day-to-day technology issues and dealing with external 3rd party organisations.
• Collaborate with your peers in other teams across our business to ensure a successful outcome for the customer.
