Job summary

ASX is seeking a motivated IT Support professional to join the Workplace Technology team in Sydney. You will be the primary contact for technology support across the business, solving issues on the spot and guiding staff through training and tools.

You will install and configure hardware/software, manage requests end-to-end in ServiceNow, and support AV systems for meetings and events. The role requires strong customer service and ITIL awareness, with occasional cross-office support across

Qualifications

Customer service orientation with ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
Experience administering enterprise platforms such as AD, SCCM/Intune and M365.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management principles.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end IT support for ASX staff via phone, email, ticketing system and in-person.
Install, configure and support hardware and software for ASX staff.
Log and manage requests in ServiceNow with accurate prioritisation and reporting.
Support audio-visual systems, meeting rooms and event facilities.
Participate in an on-call roster and provide out-of-hours support as required.
This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week) located at the ASX office in Sydney CBD, with occasional cross-site support.
