Job summary

WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive end-user support across our Sydney office and regional sites. You will resolve issues, ensure tools are available, and enable colleagues to perform at their best.

Responsibilities include end-user device support, Microsoft 365, Teams, and meeting room tech, with regular on-site presence and some travel to regional offices. ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Experience providing deskside and remote end-user support.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi).
• Desirable ITIL Foundations certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and meeting room tech.
• Perform on-site deskside support and user guidance.
• Maintain operational day-to-day IT services and assist onboarding/offboarding.
• Document issues and resolutions; contribute to knowledge base.
