Job summary

Wedded Wonderland in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Support/Coordinator to own the day-to-day tech experience for the Sydney team. You will set up devices, onboard new starters, manage our SaaS stack, and ensure every screen, call, recording session, and event runs smoothly.

The role requires calm under pressure and weekend availability for events. We operate a cloud-first stack with a fast-paced SME environment; you will be the go-to person for onboarding, access control, and on-site tech

Qualifications

2+ years in an IT support, helpdesk, or technology coordinator role in a fast-moving SME, startup, or media/events environment.
Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Lenovo hardware; able to configure a laptop from scratch in under an hour.
Working knowledge of cloud-first SaaS environments; comfortable managing users and permissions across multiple platforms.
Experience with Zoho suite (CRM, Desk, or similar) - user management and basic admin.
Experience with VoIP phone systems - Aircall or comparable.
AV setup and troubleshooting experience - screens, display connections, webcams, microphones, and conference room tech.
Based in Sydney with availability for weekend events and team activities.
Patient, calm, and responsive under pressure; quick fixes during recording sessions.

Responsibilities

Set up and configure Lenovo laptops for new starters, Windows environment, software installation, and first-day readiness.
Own the onboarding tech experience for new team members, from device setup to software access across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, Riverside, and other tools.
Manage user accounts and access across the full software stack - provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, and permissions.
Maintain and troubleshoot the Sydney office AV setup - screens, monitors, webcams, microphones, and display connections for meetings.
Set up and support Riverside.fm sessions for content recording - audio/video quality checks and real-time support.
Provide first-line support for day-to-day tech issues - hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals.
Manage Aircall phone system - user setup, number management, call routing, and Zoho CRM integration.
Coordinate with Zoho, GHL, and other SaaS vendors for escalation beyond first-line resolution.
Maintain an asset register of all 25 laptops and peripherals - warranty tracking, replacements, licenses.
Be on-site for team events, activations, and weekend activities requiring AV setup or device management.
Proactively identify tech friction points and propose improvements.
