Job summary

WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist in Sydney to deliver responsive, customer-focused support across the Sydney office and regional sites. The role involves end-user desk-side assistance, troubleshooting, and proactive service delivery to keep technology services running smoothly.

You will support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, AV systems, and deployment workflows while maintaining asset records in CMDB and adhering to ITSM standards. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience or computing qualification.
• Strong customer-focused IT service delivery.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tech.
• Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
• Must have a valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level deskside IT support for end-user devices and apps.
• Maintain and support Teams Rooms and AV systems for meetings.
• Manage asset lifecycle and CMDB records to ensure accuracy.
• Document incidents and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and security best practices.
