Job summary

Insignia Financial in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Workplace Services team. You’ll provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and AV technology, ensuring our people can work smoothly every day.

You’ll work across Windows, macOS, JAMF, ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms, building strong relationships across Technology and the business while delivering a high-quality end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, desktop support or workplace technology environments.
• Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
• Strong experience with AV/meeting room tech (Polycom, Crestron) and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and support meeting room technology, AV equipment and collaboration platforms
• Provide hands-on support across workplace technology, hardware, software and end-user systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and peripherals
• Manage support requests and deliver a high-quality support experience for employees
• Support technology deployments, upgrades and workplace technology initiatives
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across support services
