Job summary

IOOF Holdings Limited is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Sydney to join the Workplace Services team. The role is hands-on, supporting laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms and AV technology to ensure seamless collaboration across the business.

You'll work with Windows, macOS, JAMF, ServiceNow and collaboration platforms, building relationships across Technology and the business. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or desktop support environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AV, meeting rooms and collaboration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and support meeting room technology, AV equipment and collaboration platforms.
• Provide hands-on support across workplace technology, hardware, software and end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Manage support requests and deliver a high-quality support experience for employees.
• Support technology deployments, upgrades and workplace technology initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across support services.
