Job summary

Wedded Wonderland team in Sydney requires an IT support specialist to own the day-to-day technology experience. You will set up laptops, onboard new starters, and manage software access across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, and Riverside, ensuring smooth meetings, recordings, and events.

Based in Sydney, you will support a cloud-first stack, provide frontline troubleshooting, and assist during weekend activations and client events in a fast-moving SME.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk in SME/media/events environments.
• Solid hands-on Windows and Lenovo hardware experience.
• Experience with cloud-first SaaS environments and multi-platform user management.
• Experience with Zoho suite and VoIP systems.
• AV setup and troubleshooting experience; weekend event readiness.
• Sydney-based with ability to attend weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Lenovo laptops for new starters; include first-day readiness.
• Own onboarding tech experience across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, Riverside, and tools.
• Manage user accounts, provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, access control.
• Maintain Sydney office AV; screens, webcams, mics, display connections.
• Support Riverside.fm sessions; quality checks and real-time assistance.
• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage Aircall system; user setup, routing, and CRM integration.
• Coordinate with Zoho, GHL, and other SaaS vendors for escalations.
• Maintain asset register for laptops/peripherals; warranty tracking.
• Be on-site for events, activations, and weekend activities requiring tech support.
• Identify friction points and propose improvements before issues arise.
