systemsGo is seeking an IT & AV Support Technician to join our team in Melbourne, working onsite at a client site in Scoresby. The role focuses on Level 2 desktop support and remote IT/AV assistance for a global medical technology company.

You will engage with end users, address issues clearly, and contribute to project tasks while occasionally working after hours with compensation. Demonstrated expertise in IT helpdesk, AV systems, and ServiceNow is favorable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT helpdesk/technical support experience.
• Pro-active, customer focused, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management.
• Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, SharePoint.
• Experience with AV systems and meeting support.
• Familiar with ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 desktop support at client's office.
• Provide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipment.
• Complete project tasks as instructed by the client.
• Occasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation.
