Job summary

EIL Global is seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support at a client site in Perth, Australia. The role focuses on end-user hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and fast incident resolution.

Responsibilities include Level 1–2 onsite support, desk-side troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and peripherals, Windows OS and Office 365 support, and coordination with remote teams for escalations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of EUC, desktop support, or IT field experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Familiar with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps, Active Directory, and user account management.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with remote teams.

Backfill Support means - Whenever the client Primary goes on leave or extra support required the Engineer should be available to support.

We are looking for an experienced EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support, troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations at the client site.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other standard productivity applications.
Perform hardware diagnostics, software installation, system upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.
Support user account setup, password resets, and access-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP configuration.
Support printer installation, configuration, and connectivity issues.
Manage IT tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs.
Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for escalated issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware deployment and replacement activities.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT field support.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and user account management.
Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management processes.
Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with remote support teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and SLA-based support.
Experience in enterprise or industrial-site IT support.
