Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform operating system installations and re-imaging activities.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments.
• Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
• Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
