EIL Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site, on-call, freelance support in Melbourne. The role involves hands-on desktop hardware/software troubleshooting, OS deployments, and direct engagement with clients to ensure high service quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, strong networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
• Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Solid networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routers, switches.
• Experience with OS deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.

Responsabilités

• Perform Windows operating system installations, upgrades, and re-imaging.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting in LAN/WAN environments.

• Respond to service requests promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.

We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call/freelance onsite support in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
