Infosys seeks an EUC Support Engineer in Perth to deliver L2/L1 end-user computing support across Windows, Apple, and mobile devices. You will resolve incidents, manage service requests, and ensure patching and VPN/VDI stability.

Competenze

• 3-6 years’ experience supporting EUC devices in IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Apple devices and printer/scanner support.
• Strong ITIL-based incident and service request handling.

Mansioni

• Provide L2/L1 EUC support in line with ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop OS issues and hardware.
• Support VPN, VDI, printers, and software deployment.
• Re-image machines and assist with user/profile migrations.
• Coordinate with vendors and support offshore teams as needed.
