Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EUC, desktop support, or IT field support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals.
• Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, and user account management.
• Experience with ticketing tools and IT service management processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and coordinate with remote support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity apps.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, software installation, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT tickets and document steps to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for escalated issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware deployment and replacement.
