WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive end-user support across Perth and regional offices. You will manage desktops, devices and collaboration tech, ensuring services stay operational and secure.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, proactive issue identification and effective escalation, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, asset lifecycle, and meeting-room technology support.

Qualifikationen

• Qualification in a computing discipline and/or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an IT support function.

Aufgaben

• Provide 2nd-level support for desktops, laptops, devices, OS, M365, apps, connectivity.
• Deliver client‑focused support with clear communication and timely resolution.
• Hands-on deskside guidance to users with varying tech knowledge.
• Ensure onsite IT services are operational and proactively identify issues.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and user lifecycle activities.
• Maintain Teams Rooms and meeting room tech.
• Perform meeting room health checks and coordinate escalations.
• Support meetings and events requiring onsite tech.
• Install and configure hardware/software, including builds and updates.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment and decommissioning.
• Maintain CMDB and asset records; support audits.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and vendor activities.
• Record incidents and assets in ServiceNow.
• Meet operational targets and customer service standards.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and improvements.
• Promote cybersecurity practices and escalate incidents.
• Collaborate with resolver teams for deployments/projects.
• Maintain governance and safety obligations.
• Maintain regular onsite presence and travel to regional offices.
• Ongoing Thrive conversations and learning.
• Perform other duties as directed.
