In this role, you'll work onsite, supporting clients by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues. We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of IT support experience and a solid understanding of M365 and networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in an IT support role.
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse customers.
• Industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote/onsite IT support.
• Resolve incidents within SLA; elevate when needed.
• Configure and deploy PCs, servers, and network equipment.
