Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Deskside Technician II to deliver on-site technical support in a large corporate environment in St Leonards, NSW. You will handle desktop/laptop support for Mac and PC, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and assist with hardware maintenance, imaging, and data migrations.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years in a managed service setting, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site without remote or hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Managed Service Environment.
• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Smart Phones, AV Conferencing Systems, Printers and PC hardware.
• Deskside/End User Computer experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside/desktop support for Mac and PC in a large corporate setting.
• Troubleshoot Windows 7/10 devices and related peripherals.
• Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, and VPN connectivity.
• Maintain system configurations and document changes.
• Track incidents and resolutions using the client ticketing tool.
• Assist with hardware repairs, migrations, and asset inventory.
