Job summary

Stefanini is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our Sydney–based on-site team. The role focuses on end-user support across Mac OS, Windows, Office and mobile devices, including AV conferencing and printer hardware, in a corporate environment.

You will handle desk-side support, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude under pressure. Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents and able to work onsite in New South Wales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a managed service environment.
• Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Smart Phones, AV Conferencing Systems, Printers and PC hardware
• Deskside / Desktop / End User Computer experience, ideally in a corporate environment
• Able to uphold a positive attitude at all times, even under stressful conditions
