Job summary

MINDBODY Australia is seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator to support customer onboarding and ensure smooth project delivery. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Sales, guiding customers through their implementation journey with clear, timely communication.

You will help maintain detailed project plans, track milestones and risks, and collaborate with internal teams to create a connected customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and keep action items on track.
• Experience identifying risks and escalating where needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day implementation activities and clarify actions for customers and teams.
• Maintain project plans, documentation and timelines with the Project Manager.
• Communicate progress and escalate risks, delays and scope changes.
• Set up detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Monitor progress and follow up on outstanding actions with customers.
• Keep accurate project records and decision logs for the team.
