Job summary

Webexpenses is expanding its APAC team in Australia and seeks a Project Coordinator to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and implementation experience. Reporting to the Projects Team Manager, you will initiate projects, coordinate resources, and manage multiple client projects for our SaaS solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn. Prior CRM experience (Salesforce) or familiarity with software collaboration tools is

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Experience with software collaboration tools.
• Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team resources and monitor project activities from initiation to handover.
• Initiate projects and manage customer onboarding and implementation.
• Meet customers online to introduce the team and our process.
• Monitor progress via regular review calls and client feedback.
• Identify risks and escalate to the Projects Team Manager.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
