Playlist is seeking an Implementation Project Coordinator for APAC to support customer onboarding and drive on‑time project delivery. You’ll coordinate plans, timelines and actions, partnering with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities with clear responsibilities, deadlines and next steps for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans and documentation, communicate progress, and elevate risks, dependencies, delays and scope changes.
• Guide customers through implementation with clear, timely communication on requirements, milestones and timelines.
• Set up and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies and action items.
• Monitor progress and follow up proactively on outstanding actions or information.
• Maintain accurate project records including decisions, notes and status updates.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking changes to scope and timelines and escalating decisions as needed.
• Identify and document risks and issues early, helping with timely resolution.
• Use project management tools to track performance, visibility and milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and internal teams for smooth customer transitions.
• Develop understanding of Mindbody products, implementation processes and PM best practices.
• Share observations to contribute to process improvements.
