Job summary

Martens Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end client onboarding from our Minyama office on the Sunshine Coast. You will coordinate onboarding, prepare documentation, and liaise with clients, advisers and providers while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor progress, resolve issues, and support ongoing process improvements in a collaborative, professional team environment focused on exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior implementation, client services or operations experience within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial planning products, platforms and advice processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and account establishment processes.
• Prepare, review and process implementation documentation.
• Liaise with clients, advisers, product providers and external stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation progress and proactively manage timeframes.
• Identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client records, file notes and documentation.
• Ensure activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
