Job summary

Smartgroup in Sydney is seeking a proactive Client Success Coordinator to lead client onboarding from contract signing through go‑live. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, engaging implementation experience.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding plans, scheduling kickoff meetings, maintaining CRM records, coordinating stakeholder workshops, and guiding clients to realise value quickly while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, client success, project coordination or a similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new clients from contract signing through to go-live.
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, ensuring milestones, timelines, deliverables and responsibilities are clearly documented and tracked.
• Schedule and coordinate kick-off meetings, discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Partner with teams across Operations, Payroll, Novated Leasing, Marketing, Technology, Implementations and Client Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress, proactively managing risks, dependencies and outstanding actions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their onboarding journey.
• Coordinate employee launch activities, including communications, webinars and education sessions.
• Support go-live readiness activities and onboarding completion checks.
• Facilitate effective client handovers to ongoing Client Success teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and onboarding documentation.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and client experience.
