Job summary

Jobgether SRL invites a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer based in Australia to work with a partner company on client-facing AI-powered solutions. You will transform ambiguous needs into production-ready digital solutions and design agentic workflows and full-stack products tailored to real business requirements.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deploy reliable, secure, and observable AI systems, balancing performance, cost, and user value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade software, ideally with AI-powered apps or agentic systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages used for AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience designing AI systems, prompts, context management, and tool integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, and full-stack products.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure around AI models, including prompts, tools, and observability.
