Qualifications

• Experience in L2/L3 technical support or senior support roles in fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Strong ability to trace transaction errors using system logs and monitoring tools.
• Fluent English with high proficiency and Russian language skills at least B2/C1.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues with Postman and JSON payloads.
• Investigate incidents using logs, SQL queries, and monitoring data to identify root causes.
