Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional client service on-site in Sydney. The role focuses on high-touch culinary service, proactive communication, and engagement with Block employees and partners.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate catering requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless service delivery and continuous improvement in workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, food and beverage, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Daily pantry inventory management includes ordering, stocking, and quality control.
• Catering requests from Block employees within designated office locations.
• Cross-trained in other workplace experience functions and support in site locations.
• Identify issues related to the culinary program and escalate with leadership as needed.
• Ensure services comply with SLAs, processes, brand standards and local regulations.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of service delivery to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement of experience services and culinary operations.
• Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries and feedback to improve care and comfort.
• Collaborate with the account team to deliver consistent culinary service.
• Assist with third party vendors to maximize service delivery.
