Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to manage daily guest services, welcome guests, and provide a seamless front-of-house experience at our Sydney site. You will coordinate registrations, check-ins, and event support, partnering with Security, Workplace Services, and other teams.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and IT literacy (Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment.
• Background in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Slack, Tableau, and Google Workspace preferred).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of Guest Services operations.
• Deliver front-of-house and reception services, creating a positive first impression.
• Support event activities, guest registrations, and check-ins.
• Assist event hosts to ensure smooth guest arrival experience.
• Provide local area, office and company event information.
• Manage meeting room bookings and VIP engagements.
• Support wider REWS team in meetings and events.
