Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service to staff and clients.
• Be the go-to expert in the functioning of supported offices.
• Attend regular catch ups with EAs and stakeholders to support Sydney Ambassador team.
• Respond to enquiries promptly; deliver concierge services when required.
• Manage room setup and assist in facilitating events.
• Onboard new vendors into the finance system; build relationships with contractors and account managers.
• Raise work orders for reactive maintenance and ensure timely completion.
