Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or B2B role, with event planning and management experience essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Sound computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, manage and evaluate events and activations in line with the strategic marketing plan.
• Oversee content management for all front-of-house digital platforms, including the website, social media, community portal, lift screens and directory boards.
• Ensure all building-related marketing collateral and customer touch points convey the brand consistently and effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, serving as the conduit for feedback between customer partners and the building team.
• Partner with the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to understand customer needs, identify initiative opportunities, and support delivery of the Customer Retention Plan and retail tenants.
• Liaise with the Concierge Team, implementing and overseeing processes and policies that keep customer service at the highest standard.
• Coordinate bespoke services and amenity offerings for customers, with support from Concierge.
• Work with the Fitness Centre operator to promote membership, raise awareness, and communicate health and wellness initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain Tenant Guides and onboarding packs, oversee delivery of marketing and leasing materials, manage marketing invoices and cash flow reporting, and prepare reports for regular meetings with clients, customers and the wider JLL Experience team
