Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Perth, WA is seeking an Assistant Marketing & Customer Experience Manager to nurture relationships with tenant partners and lead events, branding and customer touchpoints across the asset.

You will work closely with Building Management to understand client needs, proactively identify opportunities, and support delivery of the broader asset strategy while maintaining premium services and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing or B2B role with event planning experience essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, manage and evaluate events and activations in line with the strategic marketing plan.
• Oversee content management for front-of-house digital platforms including the website, social media and directory boards.
• Ensure all marketing collateral and customer touchpoints convey the brand consistently and effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and feedback between customer partners and the building team.
• Partner with the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to understand customer needs and support delivery of retention plans and retailer initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Concierge Team to maintain high standards of customer service and bespoke tenant services.
• Collaborate with Fitness Centre operator to promote membership and wellness initiatives.
• Prepare Tenant Guides and onboarding packs and manage marketing invoices and reports for client meetings.

As Assistant Marketing & Customer Experience Manager, you will play a central role in developing and nurturing relationships with the asset's tenant partners while helping ensure every aspect of service, branding, marketing and presentation reflects premium grade standards. Through a calendar of events and customer engagement activities, you will help cultivate a genuine sense of community across the precinct, working closely with Building Management to bring that vision to life. This role partners with tenant partners and internal stakeholders to support delivery of the broader asset strategy, and you'll be expected to understand the fundamentals of the client's business so you can proactively identify risks and spot opportunities. An overview of the role:

• Deliver, manage and evaluate events and activations in line with the strategic marketing plan
• Oversee content management for all front-of-house digital platforms, including the website, social media, community portal, lift screens and directory boards
• Ensure all building-related marketing collateral and customer touch points convey the brand consistently and effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, serving as the conduit for feedback between customer partners and the building team
• Partner with the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to understand customer needs, identify initiative opportunities, and support delivery of the Customer Retention Plan and retail tenants
• Liaise with the Concierge Team, implementing and overseeing processes and policies that keep customer service at the highest standard
• Coordinate bespoke services and amenity offerings for customers, with support from Concierge
• Work with the Fitness Centre operator to promote membership, raise awareness, and communicate health and wellness initiatives
• Prepare and maintain Tenant Guides and onboarding packs, oversee delivery of marketing and leasing materials, manage marketing invoices and cash flow reporting, and prepare reports for regular meetings with clients, customers and the wider JLL Experience team

• Sound computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
• A proactive, positive approach that contributes to a supportive team environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and wider team members
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

Preferred qualifications:

• Certificate-level qualification in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field
• Experience working within commercial real estate, retail or premium hospitality environments
