Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of presentation.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
• Interest in luxury watches is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients to deliver world-class service.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through service and product expertise.
• Support growth and maintenance of client and VIP database with personalized follow-up.
• Develop understanding of heritage, collections, and watchmaking.
• Maintain boutique presentation reflecting luxury positioning.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and inventory management.
• Organize boutique resources including packaging, warranties, manuals, and merchandising materials.
• Participate in ongoing training and product education.
