OMEGA SA in Sydney seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to ensure seamless boutique operations, lead by example, and drive sales targets. This role encompasses staffing, training, inventory control, cost management, and outstanding customer service as a key brand representative in the market.

You will manage staffing, open/close duties, client elevations, and local VIP relationships while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and sales excellence within the luxury watch sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail experience in luxury sector.
• Staff management experience desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Visual merchandising flair.
• Full and flexible availability.
• Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Boutique Operations Management: rosters, reports, policy adherence, stock control and back-up stock organization.
• Sales & Service Management: achieve targets, service standards, client database growth, VIP relationships.
• Leadership & People Management: monitor performance, training needs, mid-year/annual reviews, objective setting, leave approvals.
• Learning & Development: implement training programs, complete E-Learning, develop brand/product knowledge.
• Knowledge & Experience: maintain high grooming/presentation, energy and enthusiasm, team collaboration.
