OMEGA, a globally renowned luxury watchmaker, seeks a Client Advisor in Sydney to deliver an exceptional boutique experience. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships and sharing the stories behind iconic collections, ensuring personalised, premium service.

Two permanent part-time positions are available with weekend availability required, 25 and 32 hours per week. You will contribute to sales targets while upholding luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium environment.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients, cultivating loyalty and repeat business.
• Contribute to boutique sales targets through exceptional service and product expertise.
• Support the growth and maintenance of the client and VIP database with personalized follow-up.
• Develop a deep understanding of OMEGA heritage, collections, and watchmaking expertise.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation reflecting the luxury brand.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation, and inventory processes.
• Organise and maintain boutique resources including packaging, warranties and manuals.
• Attend ongoing training programs and product education to enhance knowledge.
