Job summary

Omega is seeking a Boutique Manager in Sydney to ensure seamless boutique operation, lead by example, and consistently achieve sales targets. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory control and cost management while upholding exceptional client service.

In this senior role, you will develop VIP relationships, open/close the boutique, and drive local client growth with the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail experience in the luxury sector.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship skills.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Luxury watch industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan rosters for all areas of the boutique.
• Review operational reports to uphold company policies and procedures.
• Ensure setup and teardown are smooth and meet company requirements.
• Daily management reports with balanced figures.
• Monitor stock processing and boutique transfers; manage inventory.
• Lead the performance of sales employees.
• Oversee back stock, visual merchandising material, packaging and warranties.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved and service standards are high.
• Develop and maintain a client database and VIP relationships.
• Open and close the boutique independently.
• Build local clientele VIP relationships.
