Spiire is seeking an Organisational Development & Learning Specialist to join the People & Capability team. Based in Melbourne with potential travel to regional offices, you’ll translate development needs into practical programs that build leadership capability and strengthen culture.

You’ll collaborate with leaders, design learning experiences, and develop resources that employees can apply at work. A curious, collaborative candidate with 2–5 years in L&D will thrive.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ relevant experience in learning and development, capability building or a similar role.
• Ability to facilitate groups and create a constructive learning environment.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs or workshops that are practical and engaging.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with leaders and colleagues.
• Proactive, open to feedback and committed to personal development.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver leadership, culture and team development programs.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and development sessions.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning priorities and capability needs.
• Develop practical learning resources and activities that translate to on‑the‑job impact.
