Job summary

Sharp & Carter is partnering with a well‑established organisation in Australia to hire an experienced Learning & Development Specialist for a 12‑month project‑based contract within the People & Culture team. You'll design and deliver learning initiatives, build capability, support leadership development, and work with leaders to drive business outcomes from our Perth CBD location.
