Job summary

Spiire is seeking an Organisational Development and Learning Specialist to join our People & Capability team. Based in Melbourne, Geelong or Bendigo, with travel to Melbourne as needed, you will design and deliver programs that build leadership capability, culture and team effectiveness.

You’ll work closely with leaders and the P&C team to identify learning needs and translate them into practical workshops and resources, while contributing to broader OD initiatives and evaluating impact to drive

Qualifications

• 2–5 years relevant experience in learning and development, capability building or a similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs for leaders and staff.
• Strong ability to facilitate groups and create engaging sessions.
• Building relationships with leaders and colleagues to understand priorities.
• Curious, proactive and keen to grow in organisational development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning programs that support leadership, culture and team effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and development sessions with engaging activities and content.
• Partner with leaders and P&C to identify capability needs and priorities.
• Develop practical learning resources and tools for on-the-job application.
• Contribute to broader OD initiatives such as capability frameworks and culture change.
• Gather feedback and measure impact to continuously improve programs.
