• Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives, programs and resources that build workforce capability and support the SSR's organisational priorities and individual development needs.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of organisational development initiatives that support organisational effectiveness, workforce capability, leadership development and organisational change.
• Coordinate activities that are focused on strengthening organisational culture, employee engagement and workplace health, safety and wellbeing, fostering a positive, inclusive and connected workforce.
