Job summary

iSelect and Compare the Market are seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to shape practical solutions that grow people and the business. You will work across our contact centre and broader business to drive performance, capability, onboarding and engagement initiatives.

You’ll partner with leaders to translate business priorities into simple, effective programs, evolving our learning ecosystem and supporting diversity and inclusion across brands and locations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR / organisational psychology / learning & development or related field.
• Experience developing tools and products across engagement measurement, capability and career development, succession and performance moments.
• Strong understanding of leadership capability development and designing leadership programs (directly or via third parties).

Responsibilities

• Shape practical, engaging learning and development solutions translating business priorities into simple, effective programs.
• Develop performance, development and capability frameworks to support employee growth and career progression.
• Lead engagement initiatives, turning feedback into meaningful action with leaders.
• Drive capability development across teams, including leadership, professional, digital and technical skills.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and nurturing community and employee networks.
• Continue evolving onboarding to provide a simple, engaging, and consistent journey across brands and locations.
