Job summary

Tandem Partners in Sydney is seeking an L&D Consultant to partner with leaders and drive people development initiatives across the organisation. The role offers exposure across learning, leadership, talent and organizational development, with broad scope and visible impact.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will design and deliver programs, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate capability.

Qualifications

• Experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent, Leadership Development or a related People & Culture discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning, leadership or development initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning, leadership and people development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and support capability uplift across teams.
• Contribute to talent and succession planning activities.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and development programs.
• Support the review and enhancement of people processes, frameworks and initiatives.
• Assist with employee development and career growth programs.
• Support organisational change and transformation initiatives as required.
• Develop communication and engagement materials to support program delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
