Job summary

Compare the Market (iSelect) is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Specialist to shape practical, engaging solutions that support our people and business.

You’ll collaborate across the contact centre and wider teams to design development programs, onboarding, leadership capability, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a great employee experience in a flexible, hybrid Brisbane environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience developing tools and products across engagement measurement, capability and career development, succession, performance management and other moments that matter in the employee experience.
• Strong understanding of leadership capability development, including designing leadership programs with internal teams or vendors.
• Skilled at building credibility and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities and employee needs into practical learning solutions that make a real difference.
• Shape performance, development and capability frameworks to grow employees and meet future business needs.
• Bring the employee voice into focus through engagement surveys and act on insights with leaders.
• Drive capability development across the contact centre and wider business, identifying needs in leadership, professional, digital, AI and technical areas.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and build relationships with community partners and employee networks.
• Evolve onboarding to be simple, engaging, and consistent across brands, teams, and locations.
