Job summary

Randstad is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to join a dynamic construction and maintenance team in Sydney. You will manage maintenance work orders from receipt to completion, liaising with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and delivered safely to high standards.

The role offers hybrid work with up to 3 days remote per week after training, plus onsite parking and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Background in service coordination, maintenance/facilities scheduling, construction admin, or high-volume operations.
• Clear, confident communicator with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, allocate, and monitor maintenance work orders from receipt to sign-off.
• Schedule trades and contractors based on priority, availability and scope.
• Organise site access, appointments, and stakeholder attendance.
• Keep clients, tenants, and suppliers updated with clear communications.
• Troubleshoot issues, delays and variations to keep delivery on track.
• Update job records, compliance documentation, and completion reports.

New Role This is your chance to be the central engine of the operation. As the Service Coordinator, you'll be the go‑to person managing maintenance work orders from initial receipt right through to completion.

You'll liaise with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects running on schedule and ensure works are delivered safely and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, allocate, and monitor maintenance work orders from receipt to sign-off
• Schedule trades and contractors based on job priority, availability, and scope
• Organise site access, appointments, and stakeholder attendance
• Keep clients, tenants, and suppliers in the loop with clear, regular updates
• Troubleshoot issues, delays, and variations to keep delivery on track
• Update job records, compliance documentation, and completion reports
