P&C Partners is seeking an experienced NSW/ACT Sales Manager to own an established territory handling electrical utilities and specialist tooling. You will engage with electricity networks, contractors and service organisations, driving revenue growth and account development across the NSW/ACT region.

• Experience in technical, industrial or electrical industry sales.
• Experience developing existing accounts and generating new business.
• Confidence engaging with technical end users and commercial decision-makers.
• Practical understanding of field-based sales and product demonstrations.
• Strong commercial instincts, resilience and personal accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow an established sales territory covering NSW and the ACT.
• Develop relationships across electricity transmission and distribution networks (Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy, Transgrid).
• Build business with major electrical contractors, infrastructure providers and specialist service organisations.
• Sell and demonstrate technical tooling and equipment used in electrical infrastructure construction, maintenance and operations.
• Work with field crews, project managers, engineers, procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
• Identify new projects, customers and opportunities across utilities and electrical contracting sectors.
• Conduct customer site visits, technical product demonstrations and field-based sales activities.
• Develop account plans, manage opportunities and take ownership of territory revenue growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships through technical understanding, responsiveness and follow-through.
