Job summary

Certis Security Australia, based in Sydney, seeks a Day of Ops Coordinator to join the National Operations Centre (NOC). The role focuses on rostering, coordinating deployment activities, and ensuring excellent service delivery across stakeholders.

Location is Macquarie Park, NSW; employment is permanent full-time with a 12-hour day shift across Mon-Sun, including weekends and public holidays. You will work with Security Officers, Operations teams, customers, and internal teams to address

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, rostering, scheduling or operational coordination.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls from stakeholders professionally.
• Monitor the NOC inbox and action emails within required timeframes.
• Coordinate backfill coverage for sick or unplanned absences.
• Create work orders in the rostering system for ad-hoc requests.
• Build ad-hoc rosters to meet client requirements and operational needs.
• Coordinate deployment activities with Security Officers and customers.
• Conduct welfare checks and maintain regular communication with field staff.
• Document operational activities and maintain records in systems.
• Ensure customer requests are actioned promptly per service standards.
• Support workforce planning to maintain operational continuity.
