Job summary

Toll Group is seeking two Operations Controllers to join our National Operations Centre, coordinating real-time aviation operations across a fast-paced network in Sydney. You will monitor schedules, manage live flight operations, and support government stakeholders with timely decisions, ensuring safety and service delivery.

This role requires a proactive, high‑pressure opererator with rostering experience and strong communication skills. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation, operations control, logistics, or scheduling environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and real-time operational communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily flight operations across the network.
• Lead disruption management and coordinate recovery activities.
• Act as central point of coordination between internal and external partners.
