Zusammenfassung

Certis Security Australia is seeking a Day of Ops Coordinator to join the National Operations Centre in Sydney. You will coordinate daily rostering, respond to enquiries, and ensure deployment activities run efficiently across a 12-hour day shift, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.

You will work with Security Officers, Operations teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to fill vacancies, handle ad-hoc requests, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

• Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering, or operational coordination.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using rostering, scheduling, or workforce management systems.
• Experience within the security industry or a 24/7 operations environment.
• First Aid Certificate.

Aufgaben

• Manage incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders and respond professionally.
• Monitor the National Operations Centre inbox and action emails timely.
• Coordinate backfill coverage for sick, emergency, and unplanned leave.
• Process ad-hoc guarding requests and create work orders in rostering system.
• Build and maintain ad-hoc rosters to support client requirements.
• Liaise with Security Officers and customers to coordinate deployment activities.
• Conduct welfare checks and maintain regular field communications.
• Document operational activities and maintain records in systems.
• Ensure customer requests are actioned promptly per service expectations.
• Support operational continuity through workforce planning and coordination.
