Job summary

Secom Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for the night shift to coordinate and deploy Security Officers to client sites. This Level 4 role involves rostering, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services on a rotating night roster.

Ideal candidates will hold a NSW 1A Security Licence, have Call Centre or Customer Service experience, and be available seven days a week. Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• NSW Security Licence (1A) is required.
• Experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment is preferred.
• Availability seven days a week to support scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain rosters and data in Securecy system.
• Communicate with staff, service providers and clients.
• Verify compliance documents for new personnel.
• Proactively ensure shifts are filled and coverage is maintained.
• Monitor inbox and respond to emails promptly.
