Job summary

The Glen Hotel Pty in Adelaide is seeking experienced restaurant managers to lead our teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a high-volume, premium dining environment. You will work closely with FOH & BOH teams, BEG Operations, Finance & Marketing to ensure exceptional service across multiple venues.

You will be responsible for rosters, events, and maintaining standards, while fostering a culture of teamwork, learning and guest satisfaction in a dynamic hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations with knowledgeable, passionate service.
• Meet financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods).
• Roster to forecasted revenue and manage shifts.
• Lead the team, coaching junior staff and developing talent.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are service-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a structured and high-pressure environment. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, elevated service.

The Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH & BOH Teams, Big Easy Group (BEG) Operations, BEG Finance & BEG Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations. Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
• Meet the financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods)
• Rostering to forecasted revenue
• Beverage Program (in conjunction with our Operations team resources)
• Assist in planning, organising and executing functions & events
• Lead the team coaching junior staff, and develop talent.
• Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times
• Work in collaboration with the kitchen team
• Host & manage shifts
